So if it doesn't really heat the whole sauna, I don't really get how it actually gets hot enough to work up a good sweat??

Also, I don't have a spouse and while I'm quite handy with some things, with hooking up wires and building a wooden structure I am not which is why I guess I'll end up ordering one....
