Update: Iodine stopped but what is this yellow ooze?

After four days of supplementation, my situation has gotten only worse. On Thursday, the day I received the supps, there was enough relief that I was able to sleep for 18 hours that night. But the following three nights up to now, I've slept 6 hours total. 29 days after I stopped iodine, this nightmare will not end.

Today, I've looked past the bromide detox theory and will now attack it fully as a yeast problem (candida). For two days, I plan to do a water-only fast and then resume a low-fat, raw vegan diet with 100% adherence. It's an extremely desperate measure but I'm really out of options. So far, there haven't been any serious flare-ups since the two I had overnight.

I realize that before I switched to being raw vegan, I was having symptoms similar to the current ones, just nowhere as severe and without the yellow ooze. I added cooked dinners about three months ago as I thought it was time to experiment and perhaps the change would improve my COPD. It didn't help nor hinder it. But I think Iodine has done something to my digestive system to kick the old cycle back in.

Could anyone recommend store-available home remedies to deal with candida skin symptoms? From Ginagirl's suggestion, I will buy Borax to ingest as it handles candida. I've drank a glass of water with two tablespoons of ACV (with the mother). Baby powder is being used liberally. I don't have a bathtub. In terms of supplements, there's a bunch I should order from searching this forum. If anyone has a specific cocktail to advise of, kindly speak up.

The only good news from this disaster is thanks to wombat. I stopped taking the fluoride-based Advair inhaler and things are okay! Rarely have I managed even two days without Advair. I've had to take a few puffs of the salbutamol inhaler to relieve some tightness. But it's not fluoride or bromide-based to my knowledge. Ultimately, I haven't given up on Iodine despite anyone in their right mind would. Supplement intake continues as to buffer up for when the next Iodine journey is appropriate. Thank you for reading.
