Wild Yams have natural estorgen and progesterone in them. I believe you can use wqild yams as a natural birth control. The hormones are bioidentical..
Not sure on dose.. There was a book written about wild yams for natural birth control. I think the book is like 2 bucks on amazon.com

Of course it's a little risky but hey nothign is 100 % and it might be better to be on natural birth control while on Armour as it is natural as well.
