Water fast progress and results,etc


I am on a water fast. Today is day 7. I did a juice fast year or so ago for 20 days. I lost bit of weight but did gain it back but didn't really make any lifestyle changes.

This time figure should go a lot longer on the fast 30 or 40 days then likely juice fast for 30 maybe or intermix some juice fast with some water but try to hit minimum 30 on the water first.

I am doing this mainly to lose weight and to help with various health problems. I am not diabetic yet but have chronic fatigue and few other problems and just hate being so fat. I started at 5ft 6 and starting weight was 258.6.

I had been doing treadmill about 5x week for several months and done weights for 4 weeks with about week off pre fast. I hurt my shoulder and had to rest it.

Since the fast kept doing the treadmill and didn't restart weights till maybe juice fast again felt might be too weak on water only.

My weight today was 244.6 and as said today is day 7.
I have zero hunger and really its been pretty easy so far.I have reasonable energy.I am self employed and dont have to do much my work is very light and mostly I sit around house at pc. I drive around a bit in car no real physical activity.

I have pychological cravings a bit for food but no real physical ones. After about first two days really not hungry at all.

As said I want to get my weight down at least 50 pounds as know likely to have bit of bounce back and don't want to get overly depressed by that and give up like did after the juice fast last time. I fully intend to keep up treadmill/bike or walking 5x week after the fast and weights 3x week.I have very flat feet so not sure can run much,or maybe feet hurt so bad do to my excessive weight.
I am 52 years old. I have been overweight for many years and just at the end of my ropes .I don't want to have stomach tying surgery and if don't cut down on weight figure will get diabetes, have heart attack or other bad problems. I am also really hoping the weight loss helps my fatigue which think it already has some and of course carrying extra 80 pounds or so is not going to help that out much.

So anyone can feel free to post in this thread and keep me motivated ,really interested in people that have gone like
30 or 40 days on water have seen some on you tube even one girl that went like 3 x 40 days not sure how much break in between.I think 40 max is it for me this time and maybe 30 if feel lost enough to feel more secure.
I am not religious at all and this fast has no religious reasons for it. I am not fasting for God or anything like that. But am maybe a bit spiritual in maybe a more new age type of way..So please leave the fasting for God stuff out of this thread.
Aside from one headache have not really had any bad detox so far either. Knock on wood.
