They are AMAZING! I've only listened to the first one, and it just reconfirmed everything Uny's ever said, lol:D

I'm so glad I was directed to them. Thanks for adding them to the Gerson thread, Water. And I can't wait to hear what she has to say about the food prep Joseph!

What amazes me is that my grandmother is about the same age now, as Charlotte was back when this was recorded, about 18 years ago? And my grandma is definitely NOT in the same kind of mental/physical shape, due to her diet/lifestyle.

I'm always blown away how important it is for us to really detox and heal our bodies, and how, like Charlotte says, it takes longer now for this to be accomplished in people who are ill because of how much more toxic we are these days.
