Re: anyone got rid of lipomas?

hi everyone ,i've had lipomas since i was 16 one at that time size of a kidney bean now 37 have over 20 ,have had 6 removed ,cut out four on my arms and three around my stomach scars every where ,each month ,i get tiny one's appering ,have three on my butt ,quite large one's on my legs at the top ,i found that not smoking ,and eating not so much junk improves they way you feel about yourself ,rather than touching them constantly worring.will gain more i'm sure have destressed aswell that has helped hope this has helped someone ,also have a son 15 he's just found one too must be in the genes..
