I remember reading about the stainless steel handholds but can't remember where and could not find any info in a search. But I did notice there were some messages on the Zapper Forum about stainless vs copper. I searched for 'zapper stainless steel'

Years ago Clark advised people to use glass, ceramic or enamel cookware but later advised using stainless steel since she found pollutants leaking out of the others. I think that she found that the newer composition of stainless to be less polluting.
