I think they are a bunch of fraudsters. They charged me double the amount of product and triple the amount of postage. I agreed to pay $18 on the check out window and they charged me $44, after which I did not get a payment confirmation. After much to and fro they decided to refund me the extra postage money.

Thus far I have not received the refund or the product even though they have promised to have done both. After checking on the internet and finding numerous complaints about these fraudsters I wrote them and told them I will be making an official complaint. I have not heard from them since.

I am in the process of getting my credit card company to reverse the payment.
