Scams by worldwidesupplements.com, extremesupplements.com and internationalsupplements.com

RE: worldwidesupplements.com, extremesupplements.com and internationalsupplements.com

The three websites mentioned above are all from the same crook or group of crooks. They operate under three different websites in order to spread their catch wider to scam more people.

My night-mares with them are the following:

1) They never provide any order confirmation after my online payment. Only after repeated emails and threats to refute payment with my bank, then did I finally hear from them. All phone calls were answered only by a recorded message, and they never return my calls.

2) When I received my first package of AAKG (L-Arginine Alpha Ketoglutamate) from them,
the label on the bottle clearly stated the product source as from a Japanese company called S.A.S. LABS, Onojoshi, Fukuoka, JAPAN. When I searched on the Internet no search engine could find this company at all. After repeated emails a Ms Angelica Muvelena finally responded and claimed that S.A.S LABS can be viewed only by a Japanese browser. I also found no validity date anywhere on the product.

3) While their information on their website stated that each bottle of their AAKG will last a month with 3 servings daily (i.e. 90 servings) the bottle label stated only 75 servings.
After repeated emails to ask for an explanation, Angelica responded and simply asked me to take 2 servings on one day, and 3 servings on another. Eventually, I fonund that it lasted less than 70 servings. Ridiculous right?

4) The content was packed in a 300 ML bottle and the label clearly indicated that it contains 300 Gms. However, because the content texture is somewhat like white salt crystals (which is much larger in size than powder), naturally there are more air space in between the product granules, and the 300ML bottle contained only 145 Gms. After repeated complaints and demand for an answer, Angelica Muvelena responded and stubbornly insisted illogically that it was caused by my storage of the product under extreme heat which led to evaporation, thus the weight loss. I tried explaining in vain to her that it is because of the density of the product content that has caused the weight shortage, and that they should pack 300 gms of their AAKG in a 600ML bottle instead. After my repeated challenges to her to prove her logic right, she finally changed her story, and told me that they could have sent me the wrong size, as they have 2 sizes (a smaller pack size and a larger pack size). She promised to send me a replacement to cover the mistake.

5) After more than 2 weeks, I received no replacement. I called and left messages with repeated emails and threats of lodging a complaint, then finally Angelica responded that she had sent the replacement but it could have been lost in transit. She then promised to resend.

6) Finally after repeated follow-ups, I received the replacement. However, I was shocked to find that the content is totally different from the previous. The replacement content is no longer like white salt crystal texture, but like creamy milk powder. After repeated calls and emails, Angelica simply repeated to me in an email that the previous batch was like white salt crystals because of evaporation (apparently she has forgotten the lie she told me last that they have shipped me the wrong size), and that now the replacement is in creamy powder texture because it is freshly-packed L-Arginine. Of course only a fool will believe her story.

7) I called repeatedly and managed to speak to a Steve in their company. Steve tried explaining with a different story. He told me that the creamy milk powder texture is another grade of L-Arginine, and that I can send it for lab analysis if I don’t believe. When I told him what his colleague, Angelica, had told me, he tried changing his story. I insisted that whatever explanation he wants to offer me, he has to put it in writing via email. After much insistence, he promised to email me.

8) After 2 days wait with no email from Steve, I called Steve again. This time he blatantly told me that he is not going to email me, and that what Angelica had told me earlier was correct. That is, the texture difference was because of heat and evaporation on the first batch. So in effect, they both are saying that fresh AAKG is in creamy milk powder texture, and when under heat, the texture will turn into latger granules that look like white salt crystals. What a big joke! They thought everyone are idiots like themselves.

From what I have gone through with them, it is obvious they are crooks. They are selling fake products with weight shortfalls, and when confronted, they will not hesitate to telling lies, and more lies to cover their previous lies.

They have also come out with 3 different websites offering similar products and 65% discount claims, with identical phone number, but without a physical address to spread their net to catch more unwary consumers. I managed to find the address of the registrant/administrator of one of their 3 sites as below:

Supplements, International info@internationalsupplements.com
Anthony Schell
2776 Ravella Way Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410,
United States
Phone: +1.5616264787 Fax : +1.5616910161

If anyone is staying around the area, can you please drop by at the above address to check on them and see what and who they really are, and let me and the forum members know.

My advice is to avoid them totally, and send word around to caution others about these fraudsters.

I also found a complaint by a couple from Internet postings. They both became ill after taking their supplements. Please read their complaint by clicking :

So, they are indeed real crooks reaping millions with fake products. They may even pose a serious health hazard to consumers. Who knows? Their products may be some cheap fake powders and grains from China containing some toxic substances. They may even be packaging the products unhygienically in a backyard.

I found that the website is registered by the following person:

Brown, V thehitpro@hotmail.com
P.O. Box 1086
Kimberly, Idaho 83341
United States
Telephone: 7025773867

Should anyone know of this person with criminal records please do lodge a police report promptly.

I have already lodged a complaint to the FDA and BBB. I hope others who have been scammed by them will do likewise, so as to prevent others from being harmed and cheated by these heartless crooks who are worse than animals.

Pierre
