I have been on the Candida diet for about a month and have been somewhat faithful not so much at the beginning I would eat a lot fruit but that was before I researched what was allowed on the diet. It had been going pretty good so far and my odor had been somewhat reduced, but today I went on a binge after baking with my cousin and ate too many baked goods, pasta, and pizza I just couldn't contain myself!!! especially after being on a strict diet of lettuce and vegtables. So I am scared that all my progress will be ruined because of this incident. Does anyone know of any supplements that I could take so that the damage won't be so severe? I am starting my spring semester of college soon and my goal was to stay on my diet so that my odor wouldn't be so displeasing to the people around me. but that is all out the window now, any sugguestions? :(( thanks :)
