Like you, I am used to lots of oil. So I up it a bit. But, The Epsom Salts really finish me. I can't take the four doses of 1T. each. I do two doses.pm...and in the morning, a salt water flush. Today, I DID do some Epsom Salts this morning, after the salt water flush, and after a further dose of OO (Olive-Oil) stuff. As a result, I'm still 'busy' with the bathroom. It's a pain in the ass, literally. They are rough. (the ES)
