Re: What Dilates Besides Epsom Salts?

My wife hasn't done the flush yet. She came down with an excruciating headache and then it went into her back. Now she says she is sore in the hips and buttocks area when she is trying to sleep. We've heard not to flush when feeling ill.
She says it feels like body aches from the flu but no sore throat or coughing just the body aches. She is thinking it's because she is overdue for a flush. She's done already three in Sept, two in October, once in Nov, once in December.

We want to try your recipe but just would like to ask about the colon cleansing? I know the Epsom Salt emptied out her colon real fast. We don't want any Gallstones stuck in there!
Your recipe mentions nothing about any colon flushing or enemas? Do we NOT need to clean out the colon before the flush? And what would dilate her bile duct in your recipe? Or do you think it doesn't need it?
