Re: Salt/aldosterone
Los, have you taken any
Sea Salt in your water? I started doing it five days ago and my
Depression is lifting. I can think much clearer, as well....I think the really important thing is doing it every day, several times a day, which is hard for folks with AF because they can't remember things too easily, often jumping around to several protocols in a really short period in a desperate panic to find something that works.
On the third day of doing it, I could feel my energy was increasing as well, because I went for a run and ran four miles. Normally I'm really winded after one and then just try to muscle the rest out, going as far as I can.
This time, after just two days of the
Sea Salt , I think my cells had an improving salt/potassium/water balance. I'm interested to see where I'm at in two weeks from taking the
Sea Salt in water *several* times a day. I mean like 20 times, not that "once in the morning" and "salt your food liberally, people!" stuff that Lam recommends.
I like Lam and his people, but they do a bit of a disservice by not explaining the salt/aldosterone importance. They just tell you to do it once upon waking, but it's way down their list of things to do. Maybe because they don't have any relatives running sea salt companies, IDK. Nice cheap jab to the kidneys! WHAP!
