Pancreatitis - Lipase levels are 800 still after 5 weeks-

Hello, I am 47 years old I recently had pain, nausea, and just an over all feeling of sickness. I have felt like this in the past but I just stoped eating for a few days and I got better this time not the same. I went to the doctor 4 weeks ago after feeling sick for a week. She did blood work and it came back with diagnosis of Pancreatitis. Lipase levels elevated in the 900s and amylase elevated too. I was put in hospital for 8 days no food or water ... nothing for 6 days. then my Sugar dropped and they decided I better start eating. I just got blood work done again a few days ago and I still have Lipase levels in the 800 range. I know that normal is up to 60. I also have elevated amylase levels. I have had ct scans, mri and ultrasound they did not see anything except a inflamed pancreas. I dont drink , smoke or do any drugs... I dont even drink caffeine because it makes my heart race. I dont eat chocolate cause it gives me migraines. But for some reason I have this pancreatitis and it wont go away.
Any thoughts?

I would like to know is this normal for chronic pancreatitis to have lipase elevated for 5 weeks or more?
