According to Telman in an older message using ES gives a better result because it contains sulfer (MgSO4). It is available in capsules as some people can't tolerate the taste. People seem to have good Liver-Flush results with a variety of oils but many people do not tolerate walnuts well and walnuts are more likely to have mold toxins than other oils. You may be sensitive to mold toxins - be sure to add vitamin C to apple juice, I always add Vit C to the OG mix.
