Definite heat issue, most of you guys are having the same issue with slight differences, but ALL of you have internal heat (which often translates to candida). Think of the environment fungus likes moist warm, which is what you are harboring. You need to drain the heat, like most others here with herbs, diet, and exercise.

As for the diet, a balanced diet consisting of A LOT of veggies, whole grains (millet, buckwheat, quinoa, rice, oats etc), nuts/seeds, some fruit, chlorella, probiotics. Learn about food combining it is essential.


The worst things you can eat are: DAIRY (including eggs), white flour, EXCESSIVE animal fat (some is OK maybe 3x a week max).

REGARDING ANIMAL FAT, IS COCONUT OIL OKAY? I HAVE A LOT OF THIS EVERY DAY; IT'S NOT ANIMAL FAT, BUT IT'S SATURATED FAT NONETHELESS. IT'S HAILED AS A DIFFERENT TYPE OF SATURATED FAT THOUGH, BUT MAYBE YOU CAN SPEAK ON THIS. THANK YOU.
