It seems to me that fruit was always okay, even though most of us believe it's bad. I don't really know how or why, due to their Sugar content, but I decided to give it a run. Fruit, along with Ezekiel bread, can be ingested by me in unlimited amounts with no issue unless they're moldy or not fresh anymore.
I've only tried grapefruit and bananas, though. But since bananas have a high GI, I'd imagine other fruit is okay too. However I'm not 100% on that yet. Would anyone else feel the same way about fruit?
