No I'm not taking any Iodine right now; I ran out and forgot what I ordered. I should have kept the bottle.

Right now all I'm taking is Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , but I'll stop that as soon as I get a good protocol of Iodine going.

My husband came down with strep throat and Swine Flu last year and I didn't get sick, because I was taking iodine.

I can’t take Iodine/Lugol’s because it suppressed my thyroid, I’m hypo…..
