I believe this person also used antifungals too. Don't forget the Caprylic acid, like I said it does help. Also Xyitoil toothpaste is good to because when you are on this diet your body loses a lot of things.The diet has been known to affect the teeth, at least it did mine. I would look to fish oil or flaxseed oil too for putting oils in the body,sometimes the skin will be dry after eliminating certain foods and oils. I would take a multiple vitamin too if I were you. If you use sugar there is a certain sugar on the market called Stevia is supposed to be good for a sugar subsitute.
