I have used for years Organic Coffee Either from Star Bucks the Sumatran Grown, fine ground. Use a perk pot 5 teaspoons to 10 cups.

Take 1 qt warm water to 2 cups coffee enema, hold for 8-10 minutes or longer 15 preferably. I repeat this 4 times. Then I feel great, all day and for several days. This is a good way to clean colon and also detocx liver. Will decrease the amount of colds flu etc, and make you feel great. Tweet
