Re: Little Juice fasting vs Water

I would like to water fast, that is breatharian.

My goal was to become a breatharian. To me it seems the world is too polluted to live off the air, sunshine as our food, and absorb the dew of the mist as our water, unless you travel to some pristine location.

I figure the fruit, juice, food, herbs, ground us and help our bodies absorb the toxins in our environment, balance us to adapt to the 4 elements, and connect us to the earth.

Also I think the PTB tricked humans into eating food or wrong food so that they, humans, could be slowed down/congested, and enslaved more easily. IE., The no work, no eat mentality of slave drivers and control freaks. Some people work all week in bad jobs they hate just to buy bad food they do not need that makes them congested and sick. If breatharians are viable, the joke is on us who eat food and juice etc. What a huge trick on humans that would be, a food trick on the world.

How come some animals eat only leaves and grass and get so big? What and how much do whales and elephants eat to get so big? How come eskimos in alaska can survive on whale blubber and no fresh anyting except pine needles? I think food is incidental or congesting. Dna blueprint, clean environment and correct thought is closer to truth. How come some african tribes are in great athletic health eating minimal amounts of food and others portrayed on tv seem to be starving? Is it because of the BELIEFS of the parents or others? I think so. Beliefs affect physiology.

The breatharians I studied became so etheral I could not quite understand them. One breatharian said she would only be communicating/teaching via the telepathic level through ESP where no speech or type is necessary. I am not free or breatharian enough to hear others teach telepathically via ESP, so I just went and ate some food. Maybe I should have tried to hear her teach telepathically through ESP?

Another breatharian, a publicized saint, a published nun, lived on only small amounts of red wine her whole adult life, and she smoked cigarettes! she labored joyfully long hours into old age in the fields for others to pay for her little farm house retreat where she wrote books about God, and according to her writings she talked to God 24/7. Not sure how 'free' she was. I find it interesting she ate no food for decades and was able to labor, and write and publish books.

I am very curious about breatharians, the ones I have seen look healthy and are very intelligent. Most people who are PARTICULAR about what they eat are intelligent. All the food eaters, mds and experts who promote combining food and vitamins etc, all get sick, get old, get decrepit and die, so I do not think food eaters, mds and experts have any great answers.

Yet breatharians, if viable and in good shape at old age, then that is fascinating.

Mh posted to drink a pint of juice a day or a quart, not sure. Hope he answers as that is an interesting question.
