It does not look like a parasite - the outside would be more defined unless it is out of focus. Fluke parasites tend to have the red color. Look at some images of flukes - search for 'fluke images'. If you have 'liver spots', 'age spots' on your skin it is an indication you have fluke parasites in your body.
