I agree with you on the Epsom Salts .

The only thing is, I would not do two salt water flushes the day of the liver flush. I think that just one in the morning is perfectly fine. You will not be eating between then and the flush anyway, so there is not much to clear out. I think it just too much to do a salt water flush only a few hours before taking the oil/juice.

Other than that, everything sounds fine to me.
