that makes me feel better already. I just got a bit overwhelmed by the word "over-ritualising". When I read all the lenghty descriptions here on the forum on how people did what and when, I thought I was kind of brief actually.
And SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is great to clean out the colon, so the way is free for all those nice stones to move out. I actually am really looking forward to my first 'real 'flush, lol!!
