A neti pot looks like a plastic tea pot. You fill it with water and a saline solution (that comes with it)......Pour the warm water mixture in one nostril and it comes out the other.....irrigating your sinuses. I bought mine at Walmart, but I have seen them at all drugstores.....costs less than $10. I have made a lot of friends believers of a neti pot. Tweet
