Some of you may know that I'm into Day 3 of a 14-day Water Fast. I want to receive the most benefit from this short fast (I can't believe I'm saying that having only done 6 days before this). I'm receiving an inner-strength from somewhere to do this. I can visualize going on much longer fasts, along with maximum Nutrition when I am eating between Fasts, to build the strongest Body possible.
I have a question for you who are more experienced at this. I want to incorporate Dry Fasting along with my Water Fasts. The question is when? I'm considering going Dry for day 4, and possibly day 5. But maybe I should wait until Autolysis begins.
Does anyone have an idea about this?.....WY
P.S. Maybe I'm getting in too big a rush? But, I'd like to see more healing results.
