stay away from supplementing with individual amino acids, you are sure to unbalance yourself in short order.

if you are a meat eater, just eat meat you do well with. experiment with raw or cooking it in different ways to maximize absorption. a slow cooker is good for breaking down animal proteins.

salt, ginger, lemons, and apple cider vinegar will all help to get your hcl acid levels up so you can digest meat properly.

fava beans have a very high amount of dopamine. experiment also with vegetarian cooking methods. soaking beans and grains overnight and then discarding the water helps a lot.

tyrosine and phenylalanine are virtually interchangeable as they convert into each other, so reach out for foods high in tyrosine.
