Day 1 of 14

Well, it's after midnight here in Sun City Center, Florida, completing Day 1, but not without a little excitement. Just 3 hours before starting the WF, one of my two gold Crowns came off exposing the infected nerve of the Abscessed tooth. I had thoughts of being consumed with Bacteria. But all is feeling fine, and I've decided to complete the full 14 days before going to a Dentist.
I had 48 ounces of water during the hours of 8am to 4pm, Dry Fasting the other 16 hours. Weight on day 1....134.7 lbs.
I'm in an excellent frame of mind.
