strange I came upon this, just now-- WY, I started my first
Water Fast after a retreat in which I was nervous about a tooth, going into it... You know what that can feel like. Nervous enough I prayed (and asked) to have prayers 'in mind' for me, while I retreated, so that i could COMPLETE the retreat. we hear stories about teeth...
Retreat went off well. So good. Blessings. One moment
of tooth pain. ( But a few moments of concern... May I suggest EFT--- it really is SO helpful for any anxiety
or pain...Remember, all is transient.
Edit:
Breathe fully. And I have discovered, breathing fully OUT every day, is very good. (We never do this, actually, and accumulate poisonous air.) I don't know about you, but I live where the air is not pristine.
This actually takes a 'breath of fire', or some such.(I do not reccomend some basic internet teaching on this.) We could talk about it, after a fast--
I (heartfully) believe small things like short bursts of aerobic activity (which is not what people think it is)is the way of making the best of the WF. Don't even think one needs a mini-rebounder.
People laugh, but I do "body flex", and have adapted it over the years. It's just plain good. You can feel it.
Also, I used, (have for decades) Bach Flower Essences, (now I make my own), and these you can use on your crown--(I mean the noggin:) No ingestion!
Best to you, WY! Have (quiet, slow) faith. Stay in the zone--where others have gone this way, umpteen times.
It's a nice zone, when you go there... you really are with 'others'.
All good thoughts in mind.
