Celery Seed capsule dosage?

Hi there. I saw the post about Celery Seed Tea for kidney health/detox. I was at an herb shop today and only found it in capsules so I was wondering if anyone knew the dose for the capsules... I have been having some soreness in that area (PMS and also just finished Clark's parasite program and think I am having die off symptoms) and also delayed menses (Which this in particular is supposed to help with)..
