I don't think the form of court changes though. I think there is only one form of court. Administrative. Just my opinion.

By the way, we've stalled my wife's court date out to March now. :-) The case started in last August I think. Hopefully we can walk in then and tell the stinking judge we're moving the case to the Republic's court. :-) My wife caused no harm to any one and they're trying to screw her with their BS corporate administrative laws. Even if we go to court, we'll get off on two of the biggest charges and only have one little one left. But I say screw ALL of it! It's all BS! How can someone go to jail for a year and a half when no one is harmed and no one is filing a claim except "the state" which cannot appear to testify on the stand that any "law" was broken? Where is due process where you can face your accusers? There is no victim except my wife. This system is soooooooo broke it's insane and it's going down the drain one way or another.

If people would just fight EVERYTHING the court does, it would clog up the system so bad they'd go bankrupt. I've helped four people beat their cases this year. Everybody has to stand up to these crooks!

Ok, I'm done ranting. I feel better now. :-)
