Note: Each time a judge enters the courtroom, the form of the court changes. One will have to, re-establish one's standing on each occasion the judge enters or re-enters the courtroom.

For example - One of the tricks of the trade:

Judge abruptly calls for a 3 minute recess... upon her return, the form of the court has changed

3 forms of court:
1) commercial - results in fine
2) maritime - results in charge of contempt and/or psychiatric exam - possible jail time.
3) temple - will seek to put the 'inventory' in 'storage facility' or put to death, for those that are unable to show their competency.

Hence, one has to be firm and strongly object to any recess that is being announced.
