Excuse me to give my opinion about it. Candida's toxins are able to cause brain fog. It isn't the fungus itself but the toxic by-products it metabolizes and get the bloodstream. The same thing people feel when you are having a severe die-off. Things that help are Chelated Molybdenum and Taurine.., specially, Molybdenum. It opens a detox path way to excrete Acetaldehyde.
