EC = Candida Albicans in bowel ? Who tried a Candida diet?

Hello,

I read here some threads about doing the "Candida diet".

Some of you did that... but did you checked at a doctor if you even have a candida infection in your bowel ???

or you just did that diet, dont knowing if you really have it or not?


Because I think, just doing that diet, withouth having a problem with the candida fungus, is not helpful.


I can imagine that we / some of us have that EC symptoms from the candida fungus. I will check tomorrow my bowel movement at my doctor, and I will wait till I get the results.



Please let me know:

1. You were at a doctor -> tested positive to Candida.

--- if yes, you made diet? Did the EC disappeared ?
