Quickie on Iodine

Just to be sure to order the right kind of goodies:

When you guys talking about SSKI (as many posts are), you mean the Lugols solution? I know that Straight SSKI is iodide, and that Lugols contains Iodine + iodide.

Just want to know if i missed something here, that is: if you are taking just SSKI (iodide) or just use this as a short term for Lugols? If no, what kind of supp do you use?

Is this brand of Lugols one of the better?
