2 quick questions (Armour & Supplements)

I will be taking Armour and I was wondering if there is a suppelent I should take with it or is it fine just by itself? I read somewhere on here about that and I can't find it.

Also I have emailed the folks on http://www.iodinesource.com/ that sell the Rejuvedine Detoxified Iodine and they have yet to email me back (after 2 weeks) and answer a simple question for me. Is this how their customer service usually is?
