Corruption begins when there are those that believe they are above questioning, and above scrutiny, by others. You make a very good point about access to information TN2. I would like to add that it is important for all people to support the whistle blowers in our world, without them, and the information they provide, we would all be at the mercy of those who want ultimate control.
