With so many around me getting colds and being sick in general it got me thinking. Is there anything extra I should be doing during these colder months to protect myself? With all the juice,superfood,tinctures etc that I am taking I am getting loads of vitamins/minerals and general good stuff but I was wondering if I should up anything? I do about 6 cloves of garlic/day with my ACV and also take Echinachea daily.
Also, if I do get a cold what is the best remedy. Thought it might be good to be prepared as much as one can be!
As I said I am sure I am better protected from sickness than I ever have been but just wanted to check and see if there was anything else. Would hate to be sick especially at Christmas!
