Product for Kidneys, Liver?

Hi, I was not sure where to post this, but maybe someone can help. I have had kidney/bladder problems on and off for many years (infections as a teenager and young lady, and quite a few as an adult too). I took a lot of Antibiotics for this in the past, but now I just use herbal/natural remedies like D-Mannose and Uva Ursi. However, lately I have had a low grade bladder/kidney problem that has persisted for about 3 months now and nothing I do will make it go away. It is not very severe, but I still know its there and would like it to be gone!

Also, my liver gives me a little trouble too I think, since I seem to have a problem converting T4 to T3 and get hypo-thyroid symptoms as a result. (My ex-husband has Hepatitis C, so my liver has had an extra load to carry, in addition to all the toxins I put into my body over the years.) Anyways, someone recommended this product to me (see below) and I am wondering if anyone is familiar with it. It seems to be high in Potassium, and I'm wondering if that's the magic ingredient if I couldn't just get Potassium for a lot cheaper on my own!
