Re: Demodex Mites Causing my Acne?

Its sad to know that theres only a few that are willing to give you the benefit of the doubt and put just a few minutes to take a skin byopsy and check u for Demodex mites. Im doing this on my own too. Ive been researching these critters for 5 months, obsessively, And I have learned a great deal of them. Now you have two options. Or you make a few calls to some dermatologists in ur area and ask if they could check u for dermodex mites; or do it yourself). They might say, "Oh, I need to see you first and will determine if its necesary." Another will say, "Come, and Ill see whats the problem". Be blunt, clear and straight to the point, "Listen Ive been to several Dermatologist already and none have helped me. could you please test me for Demodex mites." U might be blessed if you do find one that is willing to do it and not one that diagnosis u with, Delusional Parasitosis. And you are out with basically the same prescription or a trip to the psychiatrist. Now please dont get me wrong, not all skin specialist are like that. But because they feel that they are the experts in skin, they know the root of the problem. To know about these parasites you either have to know how they operate and how it shows on the skin (they could be anywhere). Mostly in the hair follicles from scalp to face. That is why a byopsy of the skin is important and they have to know how to scoop real good. Best shot is a doctor who have treated individuals with demodex mites. We all have them. They just get activated by a Low immune system, hormonal inbalances, thyroid inbalances and the worst, Stress. And if this is caught in time, meaning, if pimples is caused by stress then exercise will help; if its hormonal, supplements or HRT will help. But it has to be taken care before the mites start mating and multiplying. Then the longer your ailment continues the longer the removal of the mites. I let 5 months passed and from my scalp, which dermatologist diagnosed with sborreic dermatitis (prescribed me Loprox, and the itchiness and walking continued)developed Acne cyst with scarring that I never had so many at once. Thanks to my relationship with my Lord, He guided me, ofcourse with my persistence to find out what was my problem. I ran into the word Demodex. And then everything made sense to me. Thank God. Now Im in the process of freedom of mites. Since your problem is with acne. Try fasting on apples for 3 days. 3 apples a day or more 5 to 8 8oz glasses a day. Afternoon blend 1 cup of uncooked oatmeal on 16 oz of water add a 3 pinches of cinnamon and powdered ginger and a pinch of powdered cloves. Drain it in a plastic jar w/cover. Take an 8oz glass and save the other half for 6 or 7 pm. Dont add sugar, they feast on sugar, yeast, alcohol and stress, which causes a low immune system. In Dinner, Chicken soup with a smatched clove of garlic. Its only for 3 days. Now it might get better, or it might get worst b4 it gets better. It depends how bad the outbreak. Also recommend on line DoctorFace complextion soap, its natural main ingredient is Sea Buckthorn (which helps in fighting these critters. It might dry up your skin so I suggest a good moistrsr. Serna is good but mix half and half of cortison. message 4 a minute. Highly recommend exercise to strenghten immune system. I started this today. Recommend the book Your Doctor "mite" not know by Sharon Brock Heldman; also on youtube-Barbara Frank on Demodex. Hope this helps you. God Bless-Psalm 20
