You mentioned that I shouldn't expect too much physical healing from 5-7 days of fasting... what would you recommend I undertake? I don't know too much about how all of this works, so I definitely appreciate the input.
If you think it'd be better for me to extend my fast, about how long do you think is alright for a woman my size to go without food and water? I'm not even 5'0" tall, and I'm only 114 pounds as it is. Do you think I'd begin to see a huge loss in muscle mass if I fasted for, let's say, 10-15 days? Or do you think that'd help more than 7 days?
