Never did any type of cleancing before my first Water Fast 14 days. Got my detox symptoms right way regardless.
You are saying " The most important thing about Water Fasting is not the fast itself, but the Diet after the fast."... not really, these are 2 different things.
The most important thing about WF its detoxing , cleancing your body...This is the absolutly necessary condition in order to " rebuild" your new healthy body. Then - the refeeding comes & the diet aftrewards- sure, it is important.
I am not sure what exactly is your focus -WF or re feeding. But naturally, you need to start with fasting in order to give your body a chance for better adsorbtion etc
