Why magnesium causes headache?

I have exactly the same magnesium from Source Naturals - a full bottle with 360 tabs. I have a citrate from NOW which I mentioned and I'll skip it in the future.

This is the first time I have headache because of magnesium citrate. I take some times malate, some times citrate but never felt that terrible headache...

How can I recognize the lyme after diminished mercury levels? What is the manifestation? Tweet
