It was really strong and constant(3-4 hours) and I link it only with mag dose. I avoid to take any supplements except milk thistle during the chelation cycle to prevent undesired situations like this.

I have exactly the same magnesium from Source Naturals - a full bottle with 360 tabs. I have a citrate from NOW which I mentioned and I'll skip it in the future.
This is the first time I have headache because of magnesium citrate. I take some times malate, some times citrate but never felt that terrible headache...
How can I recognize the lyme after diminished mercury levels? What is the manifestation?

Mag in properly made Mag Malate (Source Naturals, AOR) cannot be used for that. Mag Asparatate, usually bundled with Potassium also will not be used for that...
