Oral colon cleanse vs colon hydrotherapy

Hey guys,

Just starting a Candida cleanse. Was wondering if a thorough course of P&B shakes is enough for an adequate bowel/colon cleanse in the beginning? We'd be talking 2-3 shakes daily for one month. I'd rather this over doing colon hydrotherapy. If colon hydrotherapy is necessary, can anyone recommend a good home kit?
