Yes,I completed a 40 day Water Fast in imitation of
Christ in 2008.

I found Curezone about six months after completing the water fast.

Sleeplessness, always wanting to break the fast at some point each day, and nausea and throwing up several hours after drinking distilled water were a real problem during the last ten days.

I did not experience natural hunger as described on this forum.

I support all who are conducting a healthy fast and believe completely in the many benefits of water fasting. All who are fasting have my prayers.

I felt called to it and give gratitude and thanksgiving to our Lord and the intercession of The Blessed Mother, The Angels and Saints and the holy souls in purgatory as well as all those in my family who prayed and supported me in my efforts to fast.

I could not have succeeded alone.
