Update: Chang Shan

In regards to this thread on Chang Shan and autoimmune:

//www.curezone.org/forums/am.asp?i=1704448

Been taking Chang Shan for around six or seven weeks now. I seem to have noticed some benefits. The ulcers on the corners of my mouth and inside the tip of my nostrils have cleared up. (now if only the rest of my symptoms would disappear..)

Also during the first week or two, I noticed strange pressure in certain organs a few times, and once or twice in my frontal cortex and not a headache feeling.

But, a side effect is it has made me a little sluggish and triphala and bitters do not seem to help.

I remember you say certain herbs need to be mixed with something to maintain the intestinal moisture, but I can't remember or find which herb you recommend. Was it yucca?

Or what is used to combat herbs that cause sluggishness?
