Thank you! I try to stay as balanced as possible. It can be hard for people to understand that I am a real person with a real life. It is also hard for some to understand just how large the scope of my parasite expertise is and how many people around the world depend on me on a weekly basis.

In the footsteps of my Daddy, my Grandmother and my Great Grandmother I try to remember that parasite infections are "new territory" for our new customers. I must be patient, kind, understand and empathetic even if I am answering the same questions that I have been answering since I was 12 years old LOL!

I am better now...no more rants.
