Thanks for that Wombat....I think it is time to blow the dust off my old yogurt maker! I used to make it all the time! We also have a Polish deli near hear that sells the home made sauerkraut and I buy it on occasion.....I think I will go get some this week....oh the homemade yogurt is so good too......must be cheaper than the damn enzymes because they really are a fortune to buy.
