I did yesterday and it took me nearly an hour and a half on the phone counting hold time. At first they were reluctant to change my primary since he is listed under Family Practice. But after explaining it they agreed to change. They did put a rush on the transfer so it should be in effect in a few days.

The operator on the phone did tell me that this was not the first complaint about this doc not taking patients that he was assigned to. Tweet
